The goal of Bradventures.com is to expose you to the numerous healthy nutrition and lifestyle products available today, educate you about their benefits and optimal use and offer comprehensive support in the form of my 30-day 'Change Your Life' program called Power Month. Turning people on to healthy products and lifestyle practices has been a hobby of mine since I switched from an uninformed junk food diet as a teenager to a healthy, progressive one back in 1983. There is nothing more important than your health and your energy, for without them, nothing in life is enjoyable.

As an elite professional triathlete for 9 years, my greatest performances came as a result of pure motivation and healthy, balanced lifestyle practices. Only when my life was happy and balanced could I push my body to the level required to become a national champion. In my compelling quest to perform at a world-class level, leading a balanced life was very difficult - something we are all aware of in the busy modern world. Health and fitness are not the same thing. If you do not balance stress and rest properly and eat a nutritious, natural foods diet, health will be compromised in your pursuit of fitness. The result will be overtraining, illness, injury and burnout.

Because the mainstream world does not support health or balance, it is imperative to make thoughtful, progressive choices for a nutritious diet (consider the pathetic offerings from mainstream grocery stores, fast food restaurants, convenience stores and even 'energy' bars), a healthy work/life balance (no one ever says "I wish I'd spent more time at the office" on their deathbed) and sensible athletic goals and training schedule (are you choosing fitness at the expense of health?).

Bradventures is NOT a supplement superstore. We only carry products that are healthy, safe and offer proven benefits for health and athletic performance.
